Recurring sites get an assigned cleaner with a named backup, so the same person learns your space, your access procedure and your preferences. Changes are communicated to you before they happen.
How do you handle keys, fobs and alarm codes?
Access is documented per site before the first visit. Keys, fobs and codes stay with the assigned cleaner and the supervisor only, and the procedure for locking up and setting the alarm is part of the written scope.
