Trade partners

When we can't take a job, we pass it to one local company.

Some jobs our brands are asked to quote are outside the area we cover, or more than we can take on. We pass each one to a local company that does that work. If you got an email from us about a job, this page explains how it works.

How we check each job

  • The customer asked usIt came to one of our brands through its quote form or by email.
  • Spam and scams are removedLookalike addresses, fake purchase orders and fax notices, payment-change requests and other phishing are thrown out.
  • The customer is realWe check the person or organization: their email domain, their website or business listing, and that the place they describe exists and needs the work.
  • Doubts? We ask firstIf something doesn't add up, or the job can't be priced from what was sent, we write to the customer before we pass it on.
  • Fresh jobs onlyWe don't pass a job on more than 7 days after the customer's last message, or a tender after its deadline.
  • Why you got itWe only write to companies whose own website shows they do that work in that area.
