Working in Billings

Long seasons with frequent storms make the trigger depth, salting plan and response time the heart of any contract. Ask how each visit is logged, where snow will be piled or hauled, and what spring cleanup of sand and turf damage is included.

Montana's energy, mining, agriculture, and growing logistics presence operate under a semi-arid continental climate with severe winter cold and short summers.

Questions

Do you take commercial snow removal and property maintenance jobs in Billings?

Yes. Requests from Billings, Helena, New York, Los Angeles and the rest of Montana are handled the same way. Use the quote form on this page, or email [email protected] with the service, the address and the timing.

What is a "per-event" snow contract?

Snow service is dispatched every time a contracted trigger is reached, for example 2.5 cm of accumulation or any freezing-rain event. Each dispatch is a separate event with its own log. Bills are itemized per event, so property managers can trace every visit.

What goes in an event log?

Trigger time, dispatch time, arrival time, surfaces serviced (parking lot, sidewalks, entries, loading docks), quantity and type of de-icer applied, departure time, and photos of every zone. It is a clear record of what was done and when, for your files or your insurer.

What de-icer do you use?

It depends on temperature and surface. Standard rock salt above roughly -10 °C, a calcium chloride blend for severe cold, calcium magnesium acetate (CMA) or treated brine where corrosion or vegetation is a concern. We choose per event, not per season, and log the choice.

Do you clear sidewalks and entryways?

Yes. Sidewalks, entries, loading zones and pedestrian paths are standard on every commercial contract, with walk-behind and single-stage machines for what the trucks and loaders can't reach. They get the same log treatment as the lot.

Are you bilingual?

Yes. Ashford Group works in French and English: account communication, event logs and tenant-facing notices are available in either language.
