Working in Lexington
Systems carry both heavy cooling and real heating loads, so a load calculation matters more than matching the old unit. Book replacements in spring or fall before the rush, and ask how the new system will manage summer humidity.
Kentucky's auto, bourbon, and logistics economy (UPS Worldport in Louisville) runs in a humid subtropical climate where karst geology and freeze-thaw cycles both stress facility envelopes.

Questions
Do you take hvac replacement and installation jobs in Lexington?
Yes. Requests from Lexington, Frankfort, Louisville, New York and the rest of Kentucky are handled the same way. Use the quote form on this page, or email [email protected] with the service, the address and the timing.
Do you still clean commercial kitchen exhaust systems?
Yes. Kitchen exhaust and hood cleaning remains one of our services: hoods, filters, ductwork and rooftop exhaust fans, cleaned to the NFPA 96 standard with before and after photos.
Should I repair my system or replace it?
It depends on the age of the equipment, what failed and how the repair compares to the value left in the system. A cracked heat exchanger, a failed compressor on an older unit, or repeated breakdowns in the same season usually point toward replacement. A failed igniter or capacitor usually does not. We will tell you which side of the line you are on.
Heat pump or furnace: which makes sense where I live?
Cold-climate heat pumps now run well into deep winter temperatures, but the right answer depends on your electricity and gas rates, your ductwork, your electrical panel and how cold your area gets. Many homes in colder regions pair a heat pump with a gas furnace as backup. We lay out both options so you can compare.
What drives the cost of an HVAC replacement?
Equipment size and efficiency, whether ductwork needs changes, electrical upgrades, venting or gas line work, access (attics, crawlspaces, rooftops and cranes), permits, and local labour rates. A like-for-like swap costs far less than changing system type. Your written quote breaks these out.
Do you handle permits and rebates?
Permits are pulled where the job requires them. Rebates and incentives vary by province, state and utility, and they change often, so we flag the programs that may apply. Final eligibility is always confirmed by the program itself.
