Working in Honolulu
Condensation from air conditioning leaves stained ceiling tiles and swollen door frames, and storms loosen exterior signage. Ask whether the monthly visit includes tile replacement, drain line checks and a quick post-storm walk of the building.
Honolulu is Hawaii's capital, the country's most isolated major commercial market, and a primary defence and tourism centre. Hawaii's tropical maritime climate, salt-air corrosion, tight import logistics, and tourism-driven facility profile define a service environment unlike any state on the mainland.

Questions
Do you take commercial handyman services jobs in Honolulu?
Yes. Requests from Honolulu, New York, Los Angeles, Chicago and the rest of Hawaii are handled the same way. Use the quote form on this page, or email [email protected] with the service, the address and the timing.
Can you schedule recurring preventive visits?
Yes. Many facility managers book a monthly or quarterly Ashford Group visit to batch small issues. The technician arrives with a pre-submitted task list and works through it in one trip, which is more efficient than one-off service calls.
Do you provide supplies and materials?
For typical items (bulbs, tubes, ceiling tiles, paint, caulk, hardware) we bring stock based on the request. Specialized items, such as a specific wall colour or obsolete fixtures, are quoted separately. Keeping a standing colour and material list on file makes repeat visits smoother.
Can you work in occupied commercial spaces?
Yes. Technicians use drop cloths, vacuums for dust control and noise-aware tools, and work is scheduled around tenant hours where needed.
How do I get a quote?
Email us the details. Include the city, the type of property, your task list and any photos you already have. Every request comes in by email, so nothing gets lost.
What kinds of work do you handle?
Light maintenance that does not legally require a licensed trade. Examples: bulb and ballast replacements, ceiling tile swaps, patch-and-paint of walls, caulking around windows and fixtures, door hardware (hinges, closers, kick plates, handles), basic plumbing (faucet washers, toilet flappers, P-trap clearing), picture and signage hanging, furniture assembly, minor drywall patching, weather stripping and bathroom accessory installation.
