Ashford Group provides cleaning, exterior, mechanical and property services for homes, businesses and facilities in Canada and the US. Homeowners, property managers, businesses and facilities deal with one company for the work their building needs.

Each of our brands focuses on a single trade, with one company behind all of them.

• Cleaning: offices and commercial spaces, medical clinics, retail stores, industrial sites, post-construction and post-renovation, move-in and move-out, short-term rental turnovers, house cleaning and estate housekeeping.
• Windows and exterior: window cleaning, gutters, roofing, painting, fences and decks, garage doors.
• Mechanical: plumbing and drains, HVAC, electrical, insulation, solar, EV charger maintenance.
• Foundations and interiors: foundation and waterproofing, mold remediation, kitchen and bath.
• Grounds and lots: snow removal, tree service, paving and parking lots, industrial sweeping.
• Property care: pest control, facility handyman work, commercial moving, mobile car detailing, rail and fleet services.

How we work

Everything runs by email. You tell us about the job: the service, the place and the timing (photos help). We reply with a price, or with the questions we need answered to price it. You pick the date that suits you, and recurring work is scheduled once and kept.

Trade partners and contractors

When a job is outside the area we cover, or more than we can take on, we pass it to one local company that does that work. How that works. Trade companies across Canada and the US can register with our contractor network to be considered for work in their trade and area.
