How the work is handled

  • Built for TurnoversMost guests check out by 11am and the next arrive by 3pm. Turnovers are planned around that window, including same-day back-to-back bookings.
  • Linens in the ScopeFresh linens on every bed and used sets taken for washing. Your quote spells out whether we supply the sets or use yours.
  • Supply RestockingPaper, soap, coffee, tea, dish soap and garbage bags restocked to the list you set for the property.
  • Photos of the Finished PropertyA photo set of the finished unit, so you can see it is ready before the next guest arrives.
  • Damage and Missing Items ReportedGuest damage, missing items and maintenance issues are photographed and reported to you, for your records or a platform claim.

By climate

  • Long, cold winters with heavy snow and a short, warm summerSki weekends and holidays bring back-to-back check-ins, with wet boots, salt and gear drying all over the unit. Ask about boot trays, mat rotation and drying wet towels between guests, and confirm the cleaner can reach the property after a snowstorm.
  • Wet maritime weather, salt air, many freeze-thaw cycles and storm-driven rain and snowSummer is short and busy, so tight same-day turnovers pile up, and damp sea air makes linens and closets smell musty. Ask about dehumidifying between stays, linen storage that stays dry, and storm-day backup when ferries or roads are disrupted.
  • Four seasons: humid summers, cold winters with snow and repeated freeze-thawPeak demand follows summer and fall weekends, and humid rooms can leave linens damp and bathrooms smelling if they sit closed. Ask for air conditioning or dehumidifier checks at each turnover and extra cleaner capacity booked for holiday weekends.
  • Hot, humid summers, mild winters, heavy storms and in coastal areas hurricanes; pests and mold all yearSand, sunscreen and humidity are the big turnover problems, along with pests if food is left out. Ask about pool towel loads, sand removal from floors and furniture, and a quick pest check at every clean, plus a plan for storm cancellations.
  • Desert heat, strong sun and UV, dust, monsoon downpours, very little freezingDust blows in through every door and pool area, and summer heat can make an empty unit uncomfortable for arriving guests. Ask the cleaner to set the thermostat, wipe patio furniture and check pool towels and outdoor areas at every turnover.
  • Dry, high-altitude climate with strong UV, big day-night swings, snow and freeze-thawSki season and summer hiking create two peaks, with gear, mud and de-icer tracked through the unit. Ask about hot tub checks, firewood and boot room cleanup, and how the cleaner reaches the property on snow days.
  • Mild, wet marine climate: long rainy seasons, moss and moisture, little hard freezing near the coastRainy months leave wet jackets, muddy floors and damp towels that never fully dry between guests. Ask about extra towel loads, entry mats, drying racks and regular mildew checks in showers and on window frames.
  • Dry summers and wet winters, wildfire smoke and ash, earthquakes, almost no snow on the coastSteady demand most of the year means few breaks for deep cleans, and smoke or ash during fire season can settle inside. Ask for scheduled deep cleans in slower weeks, air filter changes after smoke days and patio and pool wipe-downs.
  • Extreme cold, permafrost in places, very short building season and remote freightVisitors come for midnight sun or northern lights, so demand bunches into short seasons with long gaps between. Ask how linens and supplies are restocked when shipping is slow, and whether the cleaner checks heat and pipes on vacant days.

Questions

Can you handle same-day turnovers?

Yes. Same-day turnovers (11am check-out, 3pm check-in) are the most common case. If your windows are tighter, note it in your request and we will tell you what is possible for your area.

Do you provide linens?

We can. The quote spells out whether we supply the linen sets or use yours, and how they are washed.

What supplies do you restock?

Usually toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, body soap, shampoo, coffee, tea, dish soap, sponges and garbage bags. You set the list for your property, and supplies are itemized in the quote.

How do I connect my Airbnb / VRBO / Booking.com calendar?

You share the iCal calendar link from your host platforms, and turnovers are planned around your check-out and check-in times. Booking changes show up in the shared calendar.

What if a guest damaged something?

Damage and missing items are photographed during the turnover and reported to you. The photos can support your own records or a claim with the platform; the platform makes its own decision on any claim.

Can you handle multi-unit operators?

Yes. Several properties can go through the same quote request, with one checklist per property and one point of contact for your account.

What is the pricing model?

Per turnover, based on property size, the linen plan and the supply list. A first deep clean is quoted separately.

How do I get a quote?
