What's covered

  • Ride-On SweepingRide-on industrial sweepers for large-format warehouse and plant floors.
  • Ride-On ScrubbingAutomatic scrubbers for hard floor detergent cleaning and finish maintenance.
  • Walk-Behind Sweep & ScrubWalk-behind units for tight aisles, mixed-product areas and smaller footprints.
  • Parking Garage CleaningGarage deck sweeping, scrubbing and power-washing with traffic management.
  • Multi-Shift Route Service24/7 facility coverage with rotating operator teams and dedicated equipment.
  • Dust Control Sweeping
  • On-Site Machine StationingDedicated machine stationed at large facilities (500K+ sq ft) between visits.
  • Emergency Production CleanupFast-response industrial cleanup for product spills, aisle clearance, post-incident.

How the work is handled

  • Equipment Sized to the FloorRide-on sweepers and scrubbers for large open floors, walk-behind units for tight aisles and mixed-product areas.
  • Routes Planned Around Your ShiftsSweeping is scheduled between shifts or in quiet periods where possible, so aisles stay open for production.
  • Operators Oriented on Your SiteOperators are walked through your aisle layout, racking access, pedestrian rules and forklift zones before they start.
  • A Written Route ScopeZones, frequency, equipment and timing are written down, so both sides know what each visit covers.
  • Dust Control ConsideredEquipment with dust control is used where it matters, and silica or fine-particulate areas are discussed during the walkthrough.
  • English and FrenchService available in English and French, including in Quebec.

By climate

  • Long, cold winters with heavy snow and a short, warm summerSalt, sand and slush tracked in from parking lots leave white residue that dulls floors and clogs scrubber pads. Winter routes usually need more frequent passes at entrances and loading docks, so ask whether the quote includes salt neutralizing and extra visits during storm weeks.
  • Wet maritime weather, salt air, many freeze-thaw cycles and storm-driven rain and snowWet, salty grit from storms gets tracked deep into warehouses and garages, and it eats into floor coatings if left between visits. Ask how often entrances and ramps will be scrubbed, and whether service can shift quickly after a storm instead of waiting for the next scheduled pass.
  • Four seasons: humid summers, cold winters with snow and repeated freeze-thawFloors face salt and slush in winter, then pollen, mud and humidity that leave a sticky film in summer. Parking garages often get a full spring scrub to clear winter buildup, and the quote should say how routes change between seasons.
  • Hot, humid summers, mild winters, heavy storms and in coastal areas hurricanes; pests and mold all yearHumidity keeps concrete floors damp and slippery, and wet mud from frequent storms gets tracked across warehouses fast. Scrubbing instead of dry sweeping is often needed, so ask how quickly floors will dry between shifts and how storm cleanups are handled.
  • Desert heat, strong sun and UV, dust, monsoon downpours, very little freezingFine desert dust blows in through dock doors and settles on floors and racking every day, so dust control sweeping matters more than wet scrubbing. Ask about filtered machines that keep dust from going airborne, and whether routes add passes after windstorms.
  • Dry, high-altitude climate with strong UV, big day-night swings, snow and freeze-thawDry dust in summer and gravel, salt and melt water in winter hit floors in turn, especially at entrances and parking ramps. Ask whether the route changes with the seasons, and how melt water pooling near doors will be handled on freeze-thaw days.
  • Mild, wet marine climate: long rainy seasons, moss and moisture, little hard freezing near the coastMonths of rain mean wet footprints, mud and moss debris at every entrance, and damp floors stay slippery longer. Scrub-and-dry passes replace dry sweeping much of the year, so ask how the route handles busy entrances and covered parking during the rainy season.
  • Dry summers and wet winters, wildfire smoke and ash, earthquakes, almost no snow on the coastDry summers bring dust and, during fire season, fine ash that spreads easily and stains floors when it gets wet. Winter rains then turn yard dirt into mud at dock doors, so ask how routes adjust and whether extra sweeps follow smoke or storm events.
  • Extreme cold, permafrost in places, very short building season and remote freightGravel, ice melt and frozen mud get tracked in for most of the year, which wears floors and machine brushes quickly. With few service options in remote areas, stationing a machine on site is often more practical, so ask about training, parts and backup when a unit breaks down.

Questions

What facility types do you work in?

Distribution centers, fulfillment warehouses, manufacturing plants, food-processing facilities, parking garages, logistics yards, aggregate plants and cold storage, where floors are too large or too busy for push brooms.

Do I need to provide the sweeper, or do you bring one?

Equipment is brought to the site and sized to the facility. For large sites with frequent routes, a machine stationed on site between visits can be discussed during the walkthrough.

Can you do power scrubbing and hard-floor cleaning too?

Yes. Ride-on scrubbers can be used on manufacturing floors, warehouse concrete and parking garage decks, and food-processing areas can use detergents suited to food environments. Sweep and scrub passes can be combined on the same route.

What about dust control for silica or aggregate facilities?

Tell us in your email if your facility handles silica, aggregate or other fine dust. Equipment and methods that limit airborne dust are planned into the scope, and your own exposure requirements are reviewed during the walkthrough.

Can you work around multiple shifts?

Routes can be scheduled between shifts, on weekends or in the quiet periods of a multi-shift operation. Your shift schedule is part of the route design.

How is pricing structured?

Pricing is based on the walkthrough: floor area, surface, debris type, frequency, equipment and timing. It is usually set per visit or per month for recurring routes, and the written proposal lists what is included.

How do I get a quote?

Email us your city, the type of facility, the approximate floor area and how often you need sweeping or scrubbing. A specialist who serves your area follows up. Requesting a quote is free.
