Working in Des Moines
Road salt and slush cling to paint, wheel wells and floor mats for months, and mobile washing pauses when water would freeze on contact. Book an undercarriage rinse and interior salt cleanup on the first mild days of spring, and ask about protective coating before winter returns.
Des Moines is the largest insurance employment centre in the US after Hartford and the headquarters of Principal Financial Group and Nationwide's affiliates. Iowa runs on agriculture, food processing, and insurance, in a humid-continental climate where seasonal grain dust, freeze cycles, and animal-handling exposure drive facility programs.

Questions
Do you take mobile car wash and detailing jobs in Des Moines?
Yes. Requests from Des Moines, New York, Los Angeles, Chicago and the rest of Iowa are handled the same way. Use the quote form on this page, or email [email protected] with the service, the address and the timing.
Can you detail at my condo or apartment garage?
Yes, the most common Ashford Group appointment is a condo P1 spot. We need access (security card or buzzer), roughly a two-car-space footprint, a water tap and a standard outlet within reach. We coordinate with your building if asked.
What happens if it rains?
Light rain is fine for interior-only services. For exterior work we reschedule at no charge if the forecast turns. You get a text the night before with the call.
Do you offer recurring detailing?
Yes. Bi-weekly and monthly recurring plans get a 15 percent discount and lock the same detailer to your account. Cancel any time, just send us a note.
How do I pay?
We send the invoice when the walk-around is done. Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay, e-transfer. No deposit at booking, no cash handling, no awkward end-of-job conversation.
What do you need from me on site?
Access to an outdoor water tap (a standard hose bib) and a standard power outlet within reach of the parking spot. That is it. We bring the trained detailer, the foam cannon, the polisher, the vacuum, the lighting, and all the microfibre supply.
